SuperCor Corrugated Steel Pipe Culvert

SuperCor corrugated steel pipe can save much time for construction.

Supercor Corrugated Steel Culvert Pipe is normally used for big size arch, and thicker thickness. So when we design the corrugated steel structure which is adopted Supercor, we design the corrugated structure plate in big size.

For example, if the corrugated steel culvert is in diameter 8m, then we design 8 structure plates in each ring, and the effective width of the structure plate is 1.524m, so 8 structure can be a ring in length 1.524m. so it only needs to assemble few structure plates. No need to take long time for assembling.

SuperCor corrugated steel culvert is Centralized production

All corrugated steel culvert pipe are centralized production in the factory, include the Supercor. Because its big structure plate, so it is fast to produce than other small size structure plate. We calculate production time like this, one day we can produce 200 pieces of structure plate. So if a small structure plate, maybe 200 pieces of plate can only assemble to be 50m length culvert, but 200 pieces SuperCor structure plate maybe can be assembled to be 150m length culvert, so compare to small pipe, Supercor is much faster to produce.

SuperCor corrugated steel culvert is produced in factories, then it is easy to control the quality. Our inspector will check each step of the culvert, include material strength, thickness, holes position, corrugation size, etc, and pre assemble 2-3 rings to check the structure size. After everything is confirmed, then we start to produce in batch.

SuperCor with a big strength than other small corrugation type

SuperCor has a better performance on strength because of its big corrugation size, in theory, the corrugation depth can be recognized is equal to the same thickness steel sheet. In another word, the corrugation depth is equal to the thickness of the steel sheet.

Like the Supercor, its corrugation depth is 140mm, then its strength is as same as a steel sheet in thickness 140mm. Sure, this is only in theory. Normaly big corrugation with big strength, SuperCor means Super Corrugation, so it is a big corrugation, and it is much stronger.
