Helical corrugated culvert pipe material is spiral to forming the pipe by galvanized steel coil.

This structure is galvanized helical corrugated steel pipe, we also can produce other size culvert pipe as per clients’request, we also can offer the pipe with holes on wall, it can lower the underground water level, steady soil, prevent frost, application in golf course, sport ground, living quarters, airport, subway, underground garage, tunnel, etc. The pipe diameter is from 150-600mm.

Normal foundation, small width, vertical to the ground is perfect
Because the corrugated steel pipe is flexible pipe, the foundation can’t be adopted concrete, should be fine sand or sand, if adopt concrete foundation, the corrugated pipe wedge part and the both side also need adopt concrete
Filling back adopt fine soil or sand, and filling back will be in the same time on both side of the pipe, and tamping layer by layer, each layer thickness is 150-200mm, compactness need to be bigger than 90%, note the pipe body and foundation bottom need to be full filling.
Cover minimum height need to select the bigger value which from 300mmand D/5, cover material as same as the fill back material is better.

The diameter is smaller than 1.2m, adopt corrugation 68X13mm, each section standard length is 6m, diameter is bigger than 1.2m,adopt corrugation75X25mm or 125X25mm, each section standard length is 6m, and can make difference size as per clients’ request
