The spiral corrugated steel pipe diameter is from 300mm to 3000mm, and thickness is from 1.6mm to 4.2mm. The size and bearing strength can meet the request of load for municipal projection. Some sewer pipe is for drainage the high acid or high alkalinity water, then the hot dip galvanization coat can not meet the request anti corrosion request, then we can use the steel with polymer coating. This is a special treatment steel coil, when we produce spiral corrugated steel pipe, it has same process, the problem is we have to buy the steel with polymer coating in good quality. Because the spiral corrugated steel pipe is connect by inter lock of the steel edge, it looks like two hands catch each other, if bad quality polymer coating, it is easy to crack,then it will be out of protection of the polymer coating.

Filling back request of spiral corrugated sewer pipe

Filling back adopts fine soil or sand, it will be filling back in the same time on both side of the spiral corrugated pipe. We filling back layer by layer and temping layer by layer. Each layer thickness should be 150-200mm, and compactness should be bigger than 90%. the most important for filling back is the wedge parts of the spiral corrugated steel pipe and the foundation need to be full filling.

The filling back height can not be small than 300mm, and the cover material should be as same as the filling back material.
