Other Application

Most corrugated steel structures are application in highway projection, railway projection or municipal projections to be culvert, drainage pipe, sewer pipe and tunnel. But the corrugated steel structure has more application in difference field because of its various performance.

Because it has some a bearing capability underground, also it is made by steel, so it can be a storeroom, special for some dangerous products, like some material of chemical. The corrugated steel structure is safe for keeping these materials.

Also we can use it as a storeroom for ammunition. We also have some military projections, we do not join the design for the projections, but we offer the corrugated structure as per the drawing from customer. Since years ago, we had projections in military projections, we offered the corrugated steel structure to be ammunition stockroom, tank depot, hangar etc. We can offer corrugation 500X240mm, this is the biggest corrugation size in the world, and for making hangar, this is the only corrugation we can adopt. Also, we have 3 dimensional corrugation based on corrugation 500X240mm. 3 dimensional corrugation means on the big corrugation 500X240mm, there are small corrugations on the big corrugation and it is cross direction to the big corrugation, then it can achieve higher strength.

There are many water tank which is made by corrugated steel structure. The corrugated steel structure to be a round shape and on the top of the structure there is a cover. Inside of the structure, there is a liner made by rubber or other material to prevent leak. It is simple to assemble and delivery. Light weight but big volume. This water tank is more and more popular in the world.

In mountains, in rain season, flood which is caused by storm is a big problem, so we design and produced some storm water collect system for these area. The system is combined by corrugated steel pipes and corrugated steel structure water tanks, the corrugated steel pipes connect all water tanks, and some tanks are with holes to be Infiltration well, and some tanks just for collect storm water for irrigation when it is in dry season.

There are still lots of application of corrugated steel structure waiting for us to develop, and we will play a important role on this procedure.
