All corrugated steel structure plate are produced in the corrugated steel culvert plant. When the manufacture get order of corrugated steel culvert, we have to make a drawing of producing design. We make design as per the culvert diameter, thickness and corrugation size. Based on all of these information, we will confirm how many pieces of corrugated structure plate to be one ring of corrugated steel culvert. How many holes for bolt we will make on each corrugated structure plate, on the axle direction and on the perimeter direction. What is the steel size we need to process the corrugated steel structure plate. What size of the bolt we need for connecting the culvert. After all are confirmed, we will make the drawing for producing department to produce.

We produce 2-3 rings firstly, and test to assemble, if no problem, we confirm the final drawing of producing, then we start to produce in batch. The final process is take all structure plates to hot dip galvanize. After shinning dry, all process are finished.

Shape of the structure plate, the shape of each structure plate to make sure the culvert profile section shape, and it is also affect on the installation, high precision of the shape of the structure plate will be more simple to assemble.
