The advantage of utility tunnel is all pipes, culverts are inside of the utility tunnel, and there are monitor in the tunnel, if any problems happen, we can find as soon as possible, and people can go into the utility tunnel directly to repair, no need excavate the road and ground, then no affect to traffic, also can save repair cost.
