But the flange can not be welded, it has to be bent. In the standard of nestable corrugated steel pipe, welding is not allowed. The flange nestable corrugated steel pipe is popular in Oceania, but not other countries or areas.

Application of nestable corrugated steel pipe

Most of the nestable corrugated steel pipet is used for road culvert. But because its small corrugation size, it can not be a big size, so for highway construction, it is a little too small. But for small road construction, it is a good choice because of its small size and cheaper price.

It is easy for assemble, fast install speed can save labor cost. This is why it is most popular in Africa.
