How to connect the helcor corrugated steel pipe

In theory, we can produce the helcor corrugated steel pipe in length without limit, but for transfer, we have to make it in sections. So how to connect the sections of helcor corrugated steel pipe? Normally, it is connected by couplings. One set of couplings is combined by two half circle plates, on each plates, there are two flange for bolts. And the coupling is also with vertical corrugation.

The helcor corrugated steel pipe with a spiral corrugation, for it is easy to connection, we make the both end of the pipe in vertical corrugation, so it can be match to the coupling corrugations.

How to transportation by container for exporting?

Helcor corrugated steel pipe can only be disassembled in sections of round pipe, it can not be structure plate. So it is not economic for shipping by container. But some customer prefer helcor corrugated steel pipe, then we have to consider how to ship it by container.

Firstly, we have to make sure the length of each section of the helcor corrugated steel pipe. Normally, the inner length of 20feet container is 5800mm, and the 40feet container is 12m. so if loading in 20GP, we can make each section length in 5.8m, and if loading in 40GP, then the length can be 12m.

Then we can put small diameter pipe into bigger diameter pipe, then it can save much space.

Though it still not as economic as assembled type corrugated pipe, we can only try to put more helcor corrugated pipe in the container.

Application of helcor corrugated steel pipe

Drainage: domestic sewage, golf course drain, underground garage, factory drain, factory, airport water drain.

Culvert: drain-pipe under the road, higher cross drain-pipe, underground culvert of railway, small tunnel, closed conduit, small bridge.

Protection shell: underground communication cable, protection pipe for gas pipe， also can be adopted on construction site, and protection shed, etc

Industry: air conduit for gas in coal mine (negative pressure)

Farm: driven well wall for farm, invert siphon for irrigation, farm water drain.
